Really impressed with the new Glass Garden Aquatics in Harrow! The shop is beautifully set up, and the owner and team are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. As a complete newbie to keeping tropical fish, I had so many questions about setting up my first tank. The team took the time to explain everything to me, from the tank itself, filtration, heating and lighting, to substrates, test kits and general maintenance. They were incredibly patient and gave me so much of their time to make sure I understood what I was doing. They even have this open Mat where you can design how you can map your tank and bits inside. The customer service was genuinely 10/10. I learnt more in 20 minutes with them than I have from two months of searching online!…
